Manoel Constantino brings decades of business leadership, financial expertise, and construction experience to Constantino Construction. Before entering the construction industry, Manoel spent 18 years in banking, working with major financial institutions including HSBC, where he developed extensive experience in business operations, client relations, project financing, and strategic management.

In 2001, Manoel transitioned his professional focus to the construction industry, combining his strong business background with a passion for building and residential development. Since then, he has been actively involved in the Southwest Florida construction market, helping oversee projects with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

His unique background in finance and construction provides Constantino Construction with a strong operational foundation and a client-focused approach to every project. Manoel’s experience, leadership, and long-standing presence in Southwest Florida continue to play an important role in the company’s success and reputation for dependable service.
